Where O Where did Project Mommyhood Go?
Was I abducted by Aliens...who after reading my blog, decided that I would be their version of a dr. Ruth....educating them on the ways to parent?
Did I have a midlife crisis? Where my inner Vanessa Came out....driving me to purchase a very un-child friendly car, and getting 34 DDD's?
Did I have an unfortunate Diaper Genie Accident, which rendered me unable to blog for a long period of time?
Well....my friends....all of those would be very justifiable as to why I have been M.I.A for the last 3 or so weeks.....
The Truth is....I have been holed up....battling a raging case of morning sickness....well more like ALL DAY Sickness....
That's right....there will be in 7 1/2 months...a new member and topic generator to the Project Mommyhood family! And, in between jaunts to the bathroom to toss my cookies...I am quite excited about this new development in our family.
I can tell you it was a complete and utter surprise, as we were not thinking of trying for another baby until maybe the spring. But as it seems to be with me and the mr. actually planning for a pregnancy never seems to happen. But I really do like my happy accidents.....
Now it wasn't just the Morning sickness that has kept me from spreading this fabulous and ET news worthy story with the world. I have to admit, after the loss of Beanie last spring, we made the decision to wait to tell everyone until we had confirmation that all is A O K!
And after a great ultrasound yesterday....where I saw the little bug groovin and shakin it's little nubs...and witnessing it's very steady and strong heartbeat.....It was time to spread the word...
So as I run off now to toss my cookies once more....please know...I'm back....with just more of a greenish tint!
