Why are there Butterflies in my Stomach, and my Palms Sweaty???

Because It is less than 10 days now until Juice flies the not so friendly skies home again...I fully expect Santa to deliver on the one and only thing I put on my list this year...I think it went something like this....

Dear Santa,

I've been an extremely good girl this year...picking up diaper genie explosions that the furry children set off...without spanking or yelling....Not gone on an all out Holiday shopping bonanzaa because I'm trying to be more frugal and considerate of Juice being the sole bread winner...I've tried extra hard to sing on key while singing nursery rhymes with Pooh in the car...I've given all salespeople an extra big smile this season...and haven't gotten pissy once....Pissy really isn't my color....So Santa for Christmas this year...all I want is a 6'1" slim (skinny)...Air Force Guy...who looks super hot in his uniform...who works super long hours without complaining...and who happens to be thousands of miles away from his family....(oh and to make sure you don't bring me someone elses husband...he answers to Juice...Don't ask)....Thank you Santa...you always do good work....

Sincerely
Noah's Mommy

So....Let's hope he puts a rush on it...and even though we've been through this time and time before....I always start feeling like a 16 year old who is going out with a HUGE crush about 10 days before....so yesterday when the butterflies started....I knew...Now I've got to make sure....the house looks good, the car looks good, Pooh looks good...and I look good....

I wanted to share with you all a few of the many pictures he's sent us while he's been off to the Wild Brown Yonder...I know I always love seeing them...it gives me a better sense of where he is...and what he does...and I know he's safe....

So without further ado....

8 Days to Go....Alright Santa....you'd better be on time....you can take all the cookies to go...and no stopping to admire any trees, garland or outside Christmas decorations...until After Juice is home....

Aw honey, I'll be praying for the arrival of Santa's best gift ever. See, what am I complaining about with my husband being away but safe in Memphis. You are the ones needing prayer and support while your husbands make the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Merry Christmas and all HIS many blessings to you and your family for 2009!

Oh I will say a special prayer that you get your Christmas wish this year!!! My husband was in the Navy for three years so I kind of understand what you are feeling - although the longest he was ever deployed was only 2 months! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Okay, with your playlist and your post and with my being a bit tipsy, I got all weepy.

Anyway, I put in a call to Santa's people (they are working on a big deal here in China-- trying to make sure that no toxic toys get into the hands of the public this season) and I have it on very good authority that your letter has been bumped up to the top of Santa's inbox.

So go get your hair done and your nail did (as we say). And Mr. J break off some of that sexy!

And I love the latest banner photo. It is so my life right now.

SOOOOO exciting! Girl you could have a green facial mask on, rollers in your hair, big robe and fuzzy slippers on and I'm SURE Juice wouldn't mind one bit!
But I don't blame ya I would want to look good to and I know you will!
Tell Juice THANK YOU for all he does, and thank you and Pooh for being his support at home!
LOVED the pics, thanx for sharing!

Now get ya some Juicy Juice!
Have fun and enjoy your holiday!

Merry Christmas!

To one military wife to another..

This is not an easy job but we love it nonetheless!

Hubby is not scheduled to go overseas but we have already survived two deployments. I hope that yours comes home soon! :)
