or I guess rather....how I know I have a considerate son.....
and I first cannot begin to tell you how elated I am that he is exhibiting these traits rather than other less considerate traits.....
The more we move into toddlerhood.......my sweet.....son has become more and more the envy of other moms at playgroup.....and I am SOOOO not ashamed to admit it....
you know you wouldn't be either.......
Exhibit A) He has yet to take a toy from another child....and when a toy is taken from him....just shrugs and moves on to something else....like "eh....didn't like that one anyway"
Exhibit B) He is the only almost 2 year old I know that puts the pots and pans BACK into the cupboard when he's done....and the last time...it was without being asked....
and no...I haven't taken too much baby tylenonl.....
Exhibit C) One of his most favorite things is to help feed his 3 four legged siblings....and if one is out of food first....he tries to teach the others to share.....by redistributing what is left....
Exhibit D) While in the throws of morning sickness...he would come in while I was losing my lunch...and pat me on the back as if saying..."it's okay mom...it's worth it....see...look how adorable I am..."

and the piece de resistance occured last night at bathtime....
Exhibit E) in order to keep his bathwater PEE free....he promptly climbed out...and peed on the monkey rug next to the tub....then got right back in.....
Now THAT is being considerate.....

haha! You do have a VERY considerate son! That is so cute!
What a sweetie pie. I am pretty proud of my son for very similar reasons. He's going to be 18 months next week and he already very much gets the concept of sharing, says please and sometimes thank you, and is very sympathetic towards how others are feeling. It is such a joy to watch him with others.
These are going to be the boys all the girls are crazy for ;-)
how sweet of him! I wish the 2 yr old I watch was so considerate
Awww, how sweet. Our son is our sweetest too. When I was pregnant with Baby Bug I was passing gallstones and he used to wipe my forehead and pat me and tell me to take naps. To this day (he'll be six in March) if I go take a nap in the afternoon he tucks me in and tells me a story. Yep, our boy is a sweetheart. It's our middle daughter that is t-r-o-u-b-l-e.
Hahahahah, that is HILARIOUS!!
Jamie :)
So sweet! Little boys are awesome! Little girls on the other hand...
That is soooo cute, and your son is absolutely adorable! You must be very proud.
Thanks for visiting my blog and noting it as a top read of the week! I'm honored!
Oh that is so cute!! My Noah only pees when he gets a shower and only if the water is coming down on him down there... like he's waiting for it to get washed away! He's pretty good at sharing too... we just need to work on putting things away at home ;)
What a little gentleman. Is the morning sickness getting any better?
With the toy thing, this clearly shows how cool your son is.
And with the rest, well that boy loves his mama!
Although, hopefully he'll swap the bathroom rug for the toilet in a few years.
Haha, cute son you have there!
My two year old isn't so considerate. Granted I have a girl, but still..
LOL ok that is way too cute. I am proud to say I have one of these kids too, the envy of playgroup. Its a nice thing!
that is hilarious and cute:)
