Auction For Layla Grace...

AUCTION IS UP AND RUNNING!!! LINK TO: WELCOME TO AUCTION FOR LAYLA GRACE : HERE

Like so many others, I have been praying everyday for an amazing and precious little girl named Layla Grace. I've gone from praying for a miracle to cure her from this awful disease...to praying for her peace and comfort in these final days of her journey....it has been such a humbling, awe inspiring, and heartbreaking journey that I feel I have taken along with this truly inspirational family.

Shanna is an absolutely incredible mother, whose words of faith, wisdom and hope....as well as complete honesty have brought thousands upon thousands to become supporters and fans of little Layla......Layla's strength and perserverance has been so evident, through Shanna....that it is no wonder so many are here to lend support, help with donations and continuing prayers....

A few days ago Shanna wrote this post that both astounded me and brought me to tears:

I take comfort in a few things. First, I know there are angels watching over her. I know they are sitting right beside her; that she is never alone. Her angels will usher her into heaven. Second, I know her death will not be in vain. She has done what God sent her here to do. She has gone above and beyond. I receive hundreds and hundreds of emails every day from people telling me their faith is stronger because of her. She has managed to do more Godly works in her short 2 years on earth than most people do in 80. I take comfort in the fact that when she returns home, she will be greeted by the Lord and hear “Well done good and faithful servant”. She will instantly be renewed and have a perfect heavenly body. There will be no more tears, no more pain and no more sorrow. She will see glorious things we can’t even begin to dream of. Revelation 21:18-21 says The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold, as pure as glass. 19 The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.d 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of pure gold, like transparent glass.

I’ve spent all this time praying for her to be healed. AND SHE WILL BE. It just might not be in the way I want. Within a few short days, one way or another, Layla will be healed and absolutely perfect.

I've written before of how Layla and her mother have helped bring perspective back into my life....Well, I woke up the other morning...with an incredible idea....that I want to give back....to help the Marsh Family through my outlets...

I came in contact with a family friend of the the Marsh's and have decided to host an Online Auction HERE on Project Mommyhood On March 5th! I am in the process of getting amazing Mompreneurs to donate items to auction off! All proceeds from the auction will go to Layla's medical expenses....or for whatever it is The Marsh Family would like!

Now here is what I am asking of you! Please help Spread the Word about this event. The more traffic and bids....The better this event will go! I would LOVE to raise as much as possible. Also, I would absolutely love your bids as well!!!

And finally, I ask that you continue to pray for Little Layla and her family, for peace and comfort through this time.

What an amazing person you are helping in this auction for sweet Layla. What a brave little girl.

I was going to bid but I am outside the USA so am unable to. Is there a web site to make a donation?
